BS-2001 Fully automatic silicone cartridge filling machine was developed according to the model of one set Italy famous brand imported filling machine in August, 2007. And it was put into use in September, 2007.

So far, the machines have been batch-type purchased and applied by 2 well-known silicone sealant manufacturers in Guangdong Province. After 1 year appliance, our customers have recognized this machine. And they thought this machine adopted a high cost performance compared with the Italy one. The performances are very stable, and filling speed can be 35~40pcs/min. Very less breakdowns during running, and its easy to maintain. Especially, its cost is only 1/3 of the Italy one.
